Day 25 of 366
LOST PHONE
Stan and I had our coffee @ Coffee Blenz, Solaris Bldg and after 3 hrs, we both decided to go home already. We both went to the cab station because I don’t want to walk back to San Lorenzo Village anymore. After we said goodbye to each other, he immediately called me up kasi namiss ko naman daw sya agad (hahaha!).
And now, the story of the lost phone starts here…
We decided to end the call after 3 minutes because he’s going inside the van na and i’m near San Lo na rin naman. All the while, I thought I put my phone inside my bag but it turned out the other way around. I didn’t notice that it was lost already until I checked it 30 minutes after. Hindi pa kasi tumatawag si Stan na nasa Retiro na sya kaya nag alala ako So, bbm naman agad ako na nangyari yun. He didn’t reply right away to any of my msgs kasi yun pala, he’s trying to contact my phone na and after that, he called my sister already para sabihin na kunin yung phone ko sa guard house ng dorm because he asked the cab driver to return my phone tonight. He also asked her to do it secretly for me to be surprised (iyak na kasi ako ng iyak nung nalaman ko na wala na sakin yung phone haha). But his plan failed kasi our dorm directress paged me and asked me to go to her office and get the phone downstairs. Hahahaha! I went to the guardhouse then he gave me a call na. First words after my hello? Here: “Okay ka na bab?” and i was like : “Pano mo nagawa? Grabe!! Thank you!! Ang galing mo!! Thank you super!!” Then he said: “Ako to eh! Ano? Okay ka na?” And bla bla bla :) Buti nalang, the cab driver left some details dun sa guard namin. He asked the guard to just call their company tomorrow and report the scenario. He didnt even bother to ask anything in return from us — what he asked lang from us is just call their cab company. Super bait!! I salute you, Manong Nelson Buquela of Mouariel Taxi! I’ll pray for you to have a good life starting tonight. You deserve to have the best karma:) And of course, to Stan! My greatest superhero:) I love you!! Again, You never cease to surprise me in every possible way. :)
